* Massage: Mix 15 drops of essential oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (such as almond or coconut). 

Apply with gentle massage movements. Suitable for colds, muscle fatigue, and overall body toning.


* Inhalation: Add 1–3 drops to 2 liters of hot water and inhale the steam for 5 minutes to relieve cold symptoms and nasal congestion.


* Aroma lamp / diffuser: Use 3–4 drops per 15 sq.m. to disinfect and refresh the air. You can also apply 2–3 drops on a cotton pad for direct inhalation.


* Topical application: Apply 1 drop with a cotton swab to herpes to relieve itching and pain.


* Bath: Add 5 drops (approx. 0.12 ml) to 50 liters of water. Suitable for joint and muscle pain and for overall relaxation.
