* Dilute 2-4 drops of mint with base oil and apply externally on the painful area – it helps in cases of headache, tense muscles and it also helps to clean nasal cavities and sinusitis.

* Put 5-8 drops of mint in a fragrance lamp /in cases of respiratory viral infections and hypertension, it helps for better concentration, improves working capacity, eliminates tobacco smoke from the air and acts against insects/. Drip a single or two drops of mint oil on your palms, rub them together and inhale deeply. This oil quickly gets absorbed in your blood circulation through the lungs and sinuses. Avoid eye contact!

* For body massage – mix 10 drops with 50 ml. base oil until you get a homogeneous mixture /in cases of muscle pain and joint pain, headache, migraine and bronchial inflammations – massage your forehead, temple and bronchi/.

* For sauna – mint oil has an antibacterial and refreshing properties, it helps in cases of cold and flu – 10 drops of mint in 500 ml water.

* For inhalation: You can inhale the vapour of 10 drops of mint oil in 2 litres boiled water for 10 minutes /in cases of inflammation, cold or flu, asthma and allergies/. Inhaling mint essential oil suppresses the feeling of hunger and help you feel satiated faster.

* For lowering temperature – add a tea spoon of base oil (olive, almond or coconut oil) in a cup and add 1 drop of mint oil. Mix them together and apply the mixture as a compress on your feet, hands and the back of the neck. Check your temperature again in half an hour – it should have dropped with one or two degrees.

* For disturbed digestion and stomach ache – rub 1 drop of mint oil diluted with 1 table spoon base oil into the abdominal area.

* For your bath-tub: for refreshment – 3-5 drops mint oil for 10 minutes. In cases of cold, colic, varicose veins and cellulite removal – 5-7 drops for 10-15 minutes.

* In case of skin inflammations, eczema, psoriasis and acne – rub the skin with 3-4 drops of mint oil and lavender, in cases of sunburn – mix 3-4 drops of mint oil with 10 ml coconut oil and apply on affected areas.

* Enriching means for creams, shampoos and hair conditioners: drip 15 drops of mint oil in 100 grams of shampoo.

* For hair restoring – first, make a skin test on a small area of your skin (it is best to do this on the inner area of your elbow) in order to make sure your skin is not super sensitive to mint oil. Wait for 30 minutes and if no reaction of super sensitivity appears, you can continue. In a small glass, mix 2 drops of mint oil with 1 tea spoon of organic base oil such as almond, coconut, olive oil, etc. Massage the oils into the hair and leave it for at least half an hour. You will have to repeat the procedure at least 4 weeks before achieving a permanent effect. Keep mint oil away from your eyes.

* For dandruff: Add 2-3 drops of mint oil to your shampoo and stimulate your scalp.
