* For body massage, mix 20 drops of yarrow with 50 ml base oil until you get a homogeneous mixture – use for physical and mental fatigue, nervousness, stress, enhancing the immunity after illness, insomnia, hormonal disorders and for refreshment.
* A morning bath acts refreshing and strengthening when you drip 5-10 drops in water of 35°C for 10 minutes and it also restores the body after sickness, it helps for depressions and hormonal disorders.
* Foot bath: 3 drops of yarrow mixed with emulsifier /prevents bad odours/.
* Sitz bath: 8-10 drops of yarrow diluted in 2 litres water for vaginal infections, fungal inflammations in ovaries, vaginal discharge, premenstrual syndrome.
* Sauna: drip 6-10 drops yarrow in 500 ml water, it has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
* In cases of upper respiratory tract inflammation, make inhalations with 3 drops of yarrow in 2 litres boiled water for 10 minutes.
Inhalation – you can get a homemade inhaler by putting a few drops of yarrow essential oil on a piece of cotton and place it in a small container with a lid (jar, vial). Inhale this to relax the nervous system and to disinfect the upper respiratory tract.
* For herpes: drip 1 drop of yarrow on a cotton pad and apply directly.
* Compresses: add 5-10 drops of yarrow to 1 litre water /for open wounds and cuts/.
* You can add yarrow to your shampoo as an enriching means: 3-5 drops of yarrow for 10 ml shampoo for hair nourishment and growth stimulation.
* For hemorrhoids: it is recommended to apply a mixture of Marigold cream (you can also use another one) and 2 drops of yarrow twice daily directly on the hemorrhoid nodes.
* For vaginal discharge– for aromatic sanitary pads: mix 10 ml almond oil with 60 drops of yarrow, then drip 10 drops of this on the pad.
